We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Overmont. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. 30-Day Unconditional Return Guarantee
We promise: Within 30 days of receiving your order, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund as long as the product is unopened and unused.
2. Return Eligibility
A return is eligible if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- The product is in the same condition as when you received it, applicable to all product types.
- The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, missing parts, incorrect, or shipped in the wrong packaging.
Please note: Returns are not accepted for the following:
- Products that have been used or disassembled.
- Second-hand or installed products without defects.
- Non-Overmont original specifications or products purchased from unauthorized channels.
- Products from unauthorized resellers.
- Items with only damaged packaging but the product itself is intact.
- Special or custom orders.
- Sale items or free gifts.
- Damage or malfunction caused by human factors.
3. How to Start a Return
- Please send your return request to service@overmontoutdoor.com, including your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return label (if eligible).
Important: Unauthorized packages or those without an RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Return Steps
Step 1: Packaging
Use the original packaging and ensure all products and accessories are intact. Include the RMA number clearly on the package.
Step 2: Ship Back to Warehouse
Use the return label provided by customer service to send the product back. For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and confirmed to meet our return requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee
- If the return is due to a quality issue (such as damage, missing parts, wrong item, etc.), Overmont will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
- Once confirmed as a quality issue, we will assist you in arranging a replacement or exchange promptly.
- For exchanges, to ensure faster delivery of your desired item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order for the correct item.
6. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after warehouse confirmation.
- Credit card refunds may take 7–14 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
- PayPal or other third-party payment method refunds are subject to the platform’s processing time.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to post.
