30 Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened or Unused Items.
If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused or unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.
How to Return an Item
1. Leave your Comments to service@overmontoutdoor.com
2. Receive Return Authorization
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and “RMA” number.
Note: Return package without first requesting a return and an allocated RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Ship It Back
Please pack the product in the original package in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
4. Receive Refund
Once our warehouse has received the returned product(s) and checked to confirm it meets our return conditions, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). The original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Return accepted if the item is defective, damaged upon receiving or missing items, wrong items, or incorrect packages sent.
Return accepted for unsatisfactory, unopened, or unused items within 15 days of your receipt.

1. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

1. We'll pay for the return shipping due to an error by the manufacturer or our site(defective or damaged products, missing accessories, etc.)
2. For non-quality issue refunds, the additional return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
