  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • After your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

2. Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States – 48 contiguous states (excluding HI, PR, AK, GU, AE, VI, FM, and APO/FPO addresses).
  • Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • International—United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Italy.

3. Shipping Cost

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping to all available destinations.

4. Shipping Time

  • In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Pre-sale products will ship within 1–2 business days once stock becomes available.

5. Shipping Method

  • Orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipments are handled by FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, or other reliable carriers.
  • Please allow up to 1–5 business days for your tracking information to update once your package has been scanned by the carrier.

6. Change of Address

  • Before shipping: Free of charge.
  • After shipping: If a valid change of address is accepted, a $20 processing fee will apply.
  • If you fail to change your address in time, you may refuse the package. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping fee plus an additional re-shipping fee to the new address.

7. Important Notes

  • If you purchase a pre-sale product, the order will be shipped within 1-2 business days when it is in stock.
  • Shipment dates are estimates. Delays may occur due to force majeure, natural disasters, severe weather, war, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
